Percorreremo un tratto della Via Cassia Adrianea, strada romana che passava ai margini dei Monti del Chianti. Un percorso veramente spettacolare, per buona parte nel bosco, che ci permetterà di attraversare antichi borghi, ville e castelli, camminando su selciati in parte ancora ben conservati. Lo faremo attraversando una zona ricchissima di corsi d’acqua che supereremo percorrendo ponti millenari ed incontrando antichi mulini e casolari. Il percorso di ritorno sarà su una panoramica via di crinale, un tempo importante arteria etrusca. Sarà una bellissima immersione nella storia.

THE PRICE INCLUDES:
Organization and coordination of activities; assistance by an environmental hiking guide certified by the Tuscany Region, pursuant to Regional Law 42/2000, and operating pursuant to Law 4/2013 (Assoguide member card no. ASG1033). Guides hold the required third-party liability insurance. Excursion participants are NOT covered by personal accident insurance.
THE FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Transfer costs, meals and anything else not explicitly mentioned in the program.

What you need for excursions:
Compulsory equipment:
Trekking shoes, backpack, water (at least 2 litres), packed lunch, hat, any rain clothing (waterproof jacket, backpack cover).
Recommended equipment:
Trekking poles, sunscreen and camera.

We ask all participants to limit the use of disposable material and to bring a glass. In fact we generally offer coffee or other drinks but we have decided not to bring more shot glasses / glasses and spoons.
We do not want to teach anyone anything, but we feel a duty, for those like us who love nature, to try to behave in a more respectful way.
ATTENTION
The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the excursion in case of risk and / or unforeseen situations for the participants.
The Guides are in possession of the civil liability insurance required by law.
Participants in the excursions are NOT covered by personal accident insurance.
