AVIS proposals continue, in collaboration with THE - Toscana Hiking Experience, to promote the activities of the Montespertoli Donors Group and propose experiences in nature to discover the more or less hidden wonders of our beautiful Tuscany. A way to be together, enjoy the beneficial effect of walking in nature and learn about places and stories of our territory.

In fact, here we are at the first appointment of 2022, with this simple and fascinating ring route, which will lead us to discover the secrets of the Val di Pesa following the path of the stream, in the stretch in which it forms natural gorges, similar to small canyons, between glimpses and wonderful colors. Our walk will not only be dedicated to nature but, with a beautiful and panoramic detour, it will also allow us to appreciate ancient farms, to know their productions, which were already an example for these territories in the Middle Ages.

A beautiful Sunday together, rich in nature, history and, as always, in pleasant company.

for hikers E (ring route; length about 12.00 km; positive / negative difference in height about 260 meters);

The exact meeting place, which will coincide with the start of the activity, will be outdoors and will be communicated exclusively to the participants.

Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, car sharing is NOT expected and not recommended among the participants not living together in the activity.

THE PRICE INCLUDES:
Organization and coordination of activities; assistance with an environmental hiking guide pursuant to LR 86/2016 and subsequent amendments. The Guides are in possession of the civil liability insurance required by law. Participants in the excursions are NOT covered by personal accident insurance.

THE FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Transfer costs, meals and anything else not explicitly mentioned in the program.

What you need for excursions:

Compulsory equipment:
Trekking shoes preferably high, backpack, water (at least 1 liter), packed lunch, hat, any rain gear (waterproof jacket, backpack cover).
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as mask is disposable gloves, sanitizing gel or spray and personal bag for the disposal of my used PPE.

Recommended equipment:
Trekking poles and camera.

We ask all participants to limit the use of disposable material and to bring a glass. In fact we generally offer coffee or other drinks but we have decided not to bring more shot glasses / glasses and spoons.
We do not want to teach anyone anything, but we feel a duty, for those like us who love nature, to try to behave in a more respectful way.

To participate in the proposed activity it is necessary to have a regular green pass and to carefully read and fully share our regulations for excursions in the Covid 19 emergency phase, which will be sent only to participants.

The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the excursion in case of risk and / or unforeseen situations for the participants.
